An application for housing or housing waiver must be completed by all applicants for admission.

Bed Room: Bed, Desk, Desk Chair, Dresser, Walk-In Closet

Utilities: Water, Electric, Cable, Internet, and Security

Housing is charged half in the fall semester and half in the spring semester.
Lease agreements normally run from July 1 of one year through June 30 of the following year.
Housing prices are subject to change each year.
