University InnAs a College of Veterinary Medicine student, you will live in residence halls exclusively for professional and graduate students.  They are located approximately 1.5 miles from main campus on the way to the DeBusk Veterinary Teaching Center.  Living here you have the luxury of campus housing without being on campus.

These apartments provide housing exclusively for graduate students. They are located approximately 1.5 miles from campus on the way to the DeBusk Veterinary Teaching Center.  Living here you have the luxury of campus housing without being on campus.  All on-campus housing is rented first come, first serve.

Mars & Lee

Both Mars and Lee consist of three-bedroom suites with a shared kitchen and living room and includes the following furnishes:

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dining Room Table and Chairs.

Laundry: Washer and Dryer

Living Room: Couch and Chair

Private Bedroom: Bed (twin-XL), Desk, Desk Chair, Chest of Drawers, Walk-In Closet, Private Bathroom

Utilities: Water, Electric, Cable, Internet, and Security

Other Amenities:  24/7 gym exclusively for Mars, Lee, and University Inn residentsdorm7, newly remodeled outdoor pool, covered pavilion with grills, sand volleyball court, and a basketball court.

University Inn

Living at the University Inn is a 126-unit apartment building with 96 one-room studio apartments and 30 two-room apartments.  All units have tile floors, modern appliances, and a built-in office space.

One room studio apartments include the following:

  • Built-in cabinets and bookcase
  • Desk with chair
  • One 6-drawer dresser
  • Queen bed
  • Nightstand
  • Kitchenette with: Dining table with 2 chairs; refrigerator; stove; convection microwave/oven

Two room apartments include the following:

  • Desk with chair (10 rooms will come with two desks for roommates)

Two room apartments are typically rented by married couples.

Housing is charged half in the fall semester and half in the spring semester.  Lease agreements normally run from July 1 of one year through June 30 of the following year.
